Liscia Ruja

Liscia Ruja, also known as 'Long Beach', is the longest beach on the Costa Smeralda, stretching for nearly 500 meters of fine pinkish-white sand. Located between Porto Cervo and Cala di Volpe, it is one of the most popular and beautiful beaches in the region. The water is shallow and warm, with the characteristic Costa Smeralda emerald tone that has enchanted visitors for decades. The beach is wide enough to accommodate many visitors while maintaining a sense of space, and the seabed is sandy and gently sloping. Juniper trees and Mediterranean maquis border the beach, providing natural shade at the edges. The pinkish tone of the sand, caused by tiny fragments of granite, gives Liscia Ruja a distinctive warm glow especially during golden hour. Both organized beach clubs and free areas are available.
